Annual Meetings and Conferences
According to the AHS bylaws, an Annual Meeting of the membership must take place annually. Many important business items are discussed and voted upon at these meetings, including but not limited to officer elections, resolutions and position statements, bylaw changes, recruitment, finances, outreach and education, etc. Thus far this meeting has been held in October and this is quickly becoming the standard. In 2013 the Executive Board decided that the Annual Meeting will be held in conjunction with a full-fledged conference in even-numbered years, until such time as an annual conference is warranted and justified. Information regarding past and upcoming meetings / conferences will be periodically posted here:
